Karuppu is a 2026 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by RJ Balaji. The film stars Suriya, Trisha Krishnan, and Balaji, alongside Indrans, Natty Subramaniam, Swasika, Sshivada, Supreeth Reddy, and Yogi Babu.

The film was officially announced in October 2024 under the tentative title Suriya 45. Principal photography commenced the following month in Pollachi and was complete by early 2026. The official title was announced in June 2025.

Principal photography began with an inaugural puja ceremony on 27 November 2024 at Masani Amman temple in Pollachi. The first schedule commenced the following day in Coimbatore. In early 2026, it was confirmed that all filming on the project had been completed.

The soundtrack was initially announced to be composed by A. R. Rahman, but he opted out. On 9 December, Sai Abhyankkar was announced as the new composer. The first single “God Mode” was released on 20 October 2025 on Diwali.

Karuppu was initially scheduled for a release during Diwali in 2025, but was postponed. The film was eventually released worldwide on 15 May. The film’s Telugu dubbed version is Veerabhadrudu.
